Not sure if I got a bad set

After buying Michelin tires for years, I bought a set of Continentals for my wife's Sequoia.  I was very pleased with overall handling, ride, snow traction noise, so I thought I would be a set for my truck.  For me, this was a mistake.  The snow traction is not nearly as good as my former Michelin tires and the road noise with these Continental tires is very noticeable (aka LOUD).  I will not be buying another set.

Disappointed, would not buy these again

Can't believe how quick these have worn. With 27,500 miles on my 2016 Toyota 4runner they are down to between 3/32" and 2/32". Tires have been rotated every 6500 miles. Can say they ride nice and are quiet, however useless in snow. Overall very disappointed in these tires.

Simply the best!

I've been driving on all terrain tires for over 30 years and purchased dozens of different brands along the way. The Continental Terrain Contact is now my go to all terrain tire! I've just installed my second set on a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. I live in the Appalachian mountains where every day driving is winding roads, often gravel/dirt, with occasional snow and post thaw slime, The Terrain Contact AT's have never let me down! There has never been an occasion on pavement or the worst of rain or dirt road conditions, that I have blamed this tire for my driving errors. These are by far the quietest all terrain tires I have ever owned. In 33,000 miles of driving on the first set not a single flat! Compare that to 4 punctures (all gravel) on the weak Geolanders that came standard with the Crosstrek. These tires ride smooth and I've had no balance issues with them (I rotate every 5k) The added durability of these tires means added weight, so I've lost about 3 mpg, but well worth it for the confidence the Terrain Contacts give me in my daily driving environment.

Excellent winter traction in northern wisconsin

These tires have a nice feel, much better sidewall feel than the stock tires. Snow and ice traction has been great, similar to Cooper AT3. Road noise is not noticably different from anything else, but our roads suck so it's hard to distinguish. I have not had them long enough to comment on tread life, but Continentals on my car always lasted longer than coopers or dunlop so I am hopefull.

Great Tires and VERY QUIET

My top priority for all-terrain tires was quiet because I drive them in the cities most of the time. These tires are very very quiet yet have plenty of tread for four wheel driving and camping. I'm very happy with them.

Love these tires, on/off road and Snow

These are great tires and I love the ride and performance.  However living in the Mississippi Delta I never thought I would be able to talk about snow.  We have 12-14 inches drop on us during the past week.  I did not slip or slide and the feel of the ride was like being on regular pavement.  For much of the time I did not even lock my front axle.  This will be my next set of tires as long as they keep making them.

Great ride

Really like these tires. My F350 is loaded with tools and it rides and handles great with the new tires. My quieter than my previous Cooper AT3.

I had an appointment at a tire shop the next day. My wife wanted some "beefy tires" for her Tacoma. I did some research online and was even more confused about what type of tires to buy. I initially wanted some continentals but was not sure if I was making the right decision. I came Accross tire buyer's website and came across some Mickey Thompson tires that were the same price as the tires I was going to purchase at the tire shop the next day. After calling tire buyers 800 number I was shown how to compare the tires on the website. It was really easy to do and it even included a description of the warranty. I was very impressed with my overall experience. I placed my order for the continental's. In the end I purchased the brand I originally wanted. When the tires came I went to have them mounted. The attendant at the tire shop said, "you got some high quality tires." That made me feel good. Thank you for everything!

After much research and gnashing of teeth, I bought these.

Was looking to replace the OEM Wrangler radials. They had about 50% read with 19K miles but I spend enough time off Hwy to warrant something less susceptible to punctures. I considered LT up grades but decided against it as I only town a utility trailer or a light aluminum boat so I don''t need the extra belts and sidewall stiffness (and the weight). They ride like and sound like street tires for the most part. We ere cautioned they might be a little slick initially but I drove it home in the rain and had no problems. Only have 400 miles so far but they ride well, look good and I believe they will give good service on dirt & gravel. If there is a negative later on I'll update this review. They could rate a 5 - just not enough time on the road yet (hunting season went south due to forest fires). As of now, I'd buy them again.
