Please do not attempt to return tires to your local warehouse, as they will not be accepted.

For orders shipped to a Tirebuyer installation partner:
Returning items delivered to a Tirebuyer installer is entirely free within 30 days of delivery. Should you need to initiate a return, we can easily collect the item from the installer without any charge to you. Please note that only tires that are unused and unmounted are eligible for return. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
For orders shipped to your home or another address:
For returns on these orders, we collaborate with UPS, a trusted shipping partner of ours. Please be aware that a modest return fee will be applicable, and it will be deducted from your refund.
Here are the specifics:
- For items dropped off at a UPS location, the return charge is $7.50 per tire.
- If you opt for UPS pick-up, the return charge is $15 per tire.
- Returns on items shipped to your home or another address must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Tires must be unused and unmounted.
While we strive to provide the best possible service and accommodate returns when necessary, shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, even if an order is returned. This policy is in place to cover the initial costs associated with processing and shipping your order to you when it was placed. If the product return is due to a Tirebuyer error, Tirebuyer will pay the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original form of payment. Installation and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Damaged shipments
If your shipment arrived damaged, reach out to us at 866-961-8668 or send an email to support@tirebuyer.com. Our Customer Champion Team will promptly assist you. Alternatively, you can use our website's convenient chat feature.
Refused orders
Refused orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Orders that are shipped to a home address and refused will be charged for shipping both ways.
If an order is delivered to a Tirebuyer installer and then refused by the customer, the order may be subject to return shipping charges.
Warranty claims
Please consult the manufacturer's warranty materials to ensure that your issue is covered. To make a warranty claim, reach out to us at 866-961-8668 or send an email to support@tirebuyer.com. Credits for warranty items may be issued to the original method of payment or via check.
